At Freet Barefoot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural movement experience. If your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a protective mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for 'as new' condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
